How long since you visited your “mother ship”, Momma?  We all know that nice hair, nice nails definitely need maintenance. It’s high time to pamper yourself after maintaining EVERYTHING. I’m just pretty excited to let you know that there’s a new, hot salon right now! My good friend and mom-preneur, Mia, just recently opened her Mary Pauline Salon – Main Square Mall in Bacoor, Cavite. Who knew that her hobbies and interests in beauty and make-up turned into her business someday? Don’t get me started on how we got to where we are now since we have a history of taking Biology in college. Funny how life turned out for us! Mary Pauline MSM is a full service salon from nails to hair; they even have Gluta IV drip which I’d love to try soon. They also have Eyebrow embroidery coz, of course, Kilay is LIfe. They had their Grand Opening on October 28, 2017 with smashing discounts. They had a ribbon cutting and catering for this special occasion. Ribbon-cutting ceremony.  

Benefit and Mommievents recently paired up and created a workshop called The Ultimate Guide to Being a Benefit Babe at the dainty Benefit store in Alabang Town Center. Franchesca Lagua is one of the event ambassadors alongside DJ Sexy Megan from Yes FM. Chesca graced us with her top model presence and with an extra helping of sky high legs and ultra lean figure from Shanna Retuya (ramp/commercial/Philippine Fashion week model).  Although the pair towered all of us, they were the most down-to-earth darlings. They were up for selfies and quick chats with participants. I took the opportunity to take a selfie with Chesca which would seemingly look like Lady Galadriel and a hobbit would photograph together. She hunched halfway as I tiptoed, tilted and angled my phone so both of us can fit into the frame.   Photo from Momievents Benefit and Mommievents have teamed up for The Ultimate Guide to Being a Benefit Babe workshop which showcased how to do brows and makeup just like a Certified Benebabe.
